This brief guide will take the user through the process of correctly setting up a ChatMapper scenario, uploading it to the Dashboard, and then including it into Articulate Review 360.
If you are not using ChatMapper, you can skip to the LearnBrite Dashboard section
The Review 360 integration is currently not capable of reporting scores back to the LMS.
It is possible to collect user scores through LearnBrite’s own tracking platform, Trophio.

The ChatMapper scenario
Scenario creation in ChatMapper has been detailed in various places already, like the documentation, the introductory videos, and the helpdesk. For this reason, this guide will only cover the integration process to make ChatMapper communicate with Storyline and the SCORM environment.
1. Setting up the project
For the integration to work well, it is advised to use two Custom Asset Fields (which can be added by going to Project → Project Settings → Custom Asset Fields, and selecting the element we want to extend):
Fig 1. The Project Settings with CAFs already defined.
- Tab: Conversations
- Title: Autoplay
- Type: Boolean
This should be set to true in the conversation we want to automatically start, and false everywhere else.
A series of video guides that go through the process step-by-step can be found here: https://learnbrite.com/vr-scenario-academy-scenario-authoring/. On a high level, this process consists of :
- Publish the scenario (will create a .json file)
- Create a new Scenario (https://app.learnbrite.com/dashboard/scenarios/create) and Upload the .json file
- Create a new space (and select the Scenario created in the previous step during creation).
A video guide of this section and the following Review 360 one is available here:
After creating the space, it will be visible in the list at https://app.learnbrite.com/dashboard, and the embed code needed in Rise has automatically been generated. To copy it,
- Click on the space to open it in a new tab
- Copy the URL

In Storyline 360, open your project and select the slide where you want to include LearnBrite. A WebObject needs to be included in the slide:
- Click on the Insert tab, then on Web Object

- In the menu that opens, paste the URL copied previously in the Address field, then click OK
Fig 4. Adding the WebObject.
- Click outside the WebObject area (to deselect it and show the normal menu at the top again), then click on Publish on the right.

- In the window that opens, you can choose a title, and then click Publish
Fig 6. You can either Create a new item, or overwrite an existing one.
When Storyline finishes uploading, it will ask if you want to open the project in a browser. Click on View Project to open the 360.storyline.com URL in a new browser tab, and that’s it! The scenario will now be loaded as part of your course.
